Richard S. Adler, M.D.

Dr. Adler is a Board-certified Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist who completed a Forensic Psychiatry fellowship and teaches at The University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington.

​Dr. Adler founded The PTSD Institute in 2018, which provides services to all irrespective of their financial circumstances. Rich served in the US National Health Service. He has a particular interest in Written Exposure Therapy (WET) and the use of Support Groups, along with neuromodulation methods (such as neurofeedback) for PTSD, since novel approaches – particularly in combination – are most effective.
