Wes Center, Ph.D., LPC-S, BCN

Dr. Center is the President and Clinical Director of Brain and Behavior Associates and the Chief Scientist and Technology Officer for OCAT Neurotech LLC.

​He is licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor.

He completed his undergraduate education at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Tex., and then served on active duty in the U. S. Marine Corps for over 20 years, retiring in the rank of major. Among his many command and staff assignments overseas and in the U.S. with the Marines, he served in the Gulf War 1990-1991 and is a combat veteran.

Dr. Center holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling, a Master of Arts in Christian Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology and Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has a doctoral minor in clinical psychology from Walden University. Dr. Center is a National Certified Counselor, Board Certified Fellow in Neurofeedback and a Biofeedback Certification International Alliance-Approved Mentor, a certified Brain Health Coach, and certified Amen Method Professional.
